Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Request a liquids transport license (oil derivatives - chemical liquids) between the marine facilities in the Sultanate of Oman

  1. - The approval of other authorities (Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology - Royal Oman Police)
  2. - A copy of the ship's insurance in effect
  3. A copy of the ship's emergency plan
  4. - Bring a contract proof with one of the companies specialized in combating environmental pollution or the proof of the company's ability to combat environmental pollution
  5. - Apply what is mentioned in the regulations and the pledge in writing to bear all the procedures and costs on any leakage that may occur in the marine environment
