Service Description

A service offered for beneficiaries who seek to raise the ranking of hotels.

  1. Fill out the application form for obtaining the integrated tourist complex license
  1. According to the ownership system in the integrated tourism complexes issued by Royal Decree No. (12/2006) and its executive regulations issued by the ministerial decision of the Ministry of Housing No. (191/2007).

The concerned individual submits an official letter to the Ministry (addressed to His Excellency the Minister, His Excellency the Undersecretary or the Director General of Planning) seeking approval for the investment of a government-owned tourist plot. The purpose is to establish an integrated tourist complex project, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the project components, or alternatively, on their privately owned land

  6. The Ministry's specialists review the application, and upon approval, issue a letter of initial approval to the applicant and request the completion of the integrated tourism complexes form

The competent department, along with the responsible employee, verify the documents and representations submitted by the investor to ensure their compliance with the requirements for licensing integrated tourism complexes as per the executive regulations of the real estate ownership system No. 191/2007. They also ascertain the absence of any discrepancies or remarks. If any observations are identified, the investor is notified, granting them a specified period to address the observations and submit the revised version accordingly

Upon concluding the review of the submitted documents and making sure that there are no substantial observations on them, the concerned employee, in coordination with the office of His Excellency the Minister, prepares letters for the members of the government committee for licensing integrated tourism complexes inviting them to attend the meeting and providing them with the details of the requests. After the meeting, the concerned employee prepares the minutes of the meeting and sends it to the committee members for approval, in preparation for its approval by His Excellency the Chairman of the Committee and the implementation of his recommendations/decisions

  22. The concerned employee prepares a letter for the investor addressed to the investor, indicating whether the project has been granted the status of integrated tourism complexes or if it has been declined
