of the public and partners with price regulation, controlling electronic crime, increasing tele-density across the nation and promoting awareness of proper use telecom equipment and services.
The main source from which TRA derives its regulations
in performing its activities is The Telecom Act which was brought into legislation by Royal Decree No. 30/2002. It regulates all the activities classified under the sector of telecommunication. As an attempt to adopt the new technologies and services
