Find your mobile plan is an online platform that allows users (citizens, residents and visitors) to choose telecommunications services and view all the mobile plans provided by different telecom service operators in Oman. This enables users through granting them an easy access to the information that assist the users to choose the plan that meets their needs. It features a smart search engine that facilitates searching and comparing the different plans as well as keeping up with daily updates in the telecom and mobile offers.
Objectives:
1. Simplify and facilitate choosing mobile plans
2. View the details and connect the users to all mobile plans in one platform
3. Protect the rights of telecommunications services beneficiaries
Community participation:
● Platform users are able to easily find the service on TRA website and benefit from it.
● TRA conducts awareness campaigns through social media, media interviews and tech events to inform people about its service.
