Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SME) launched “Ask Raayid” project, which is a WhatsApp Chabot that automatically responds to users and answer their questions by providing them with complete services after authenticating their identity using the national PKI, without the need to visit other platforms.
To chat with Raayid, you only have to send a message to (Number is still not activated) on WhatsApp.
Objectives:
This project aims at providing e-services to entrepreneurs and SME owners in the Sultanate of Oman in order to ease and speed up service delivery. This enables users to complete the services process electronically and smoothly.
