Return on Investment Calculator will assist Government Digital Transformation Project managers to calculate the value and return on Investments after the implementation of the Government Digital Transformation project. The ROI is a standard computation engine based on 18 Standardized parameters to ensure comparability between ROI of different transformation projects. Project Team need to input 7 information to the calculator and 12 ROI Indicators will be generated automatically.
Digital Excellence Team has provided guidance based on Standard PM Methodology and mapped to common roles such as MTCIT Consultant, Ministry PM and has provided recommendation for activities in a typical transformation project. Projects can make use of these guidance and customize the same for the projects

Change formalization process is a guidance from Digital Excellence Team (DET) that changes must be structured and formal mechanism for instance some changes can be approved by MOM, some may need DG approval, some would need ministerial decision and probably cabinet decision. there should be proper follow up and tracking as transformation projects are expected to bring to legislation, regulation etc.& and not just automation of existing process.
