Back Office Systems

Oman has implemented many ‘Back Office Systems’ to run the services and processes internally. These various systems are used by government entities to deliver many eServices to the citizens and residents in the Sultanate of Oman in a short time and with more accuracy and a high-quality performance.

The term ‘Back Office’ refers to the internal operations of the organization that are not visible to the customers. Although they do not deal directly with the public, the back office systems play a pivotal role in delivering quality services. In Oman, these integrated systems have been used to save a lot of time, money and effort. They have also been recognized locally, regionally and internationally for promoting transparency of business processes, ensuring the accuracy of information and data and providing equal opportunities for all.
